1. Title: Programme Officer (JPO)
Sector: Partnerships Department, African Union Liaison Office
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Qualifications:
· Master's degree in human rights disciplines, political or social sciences, public health, communication or development studies
· Work experience preferably in HIV and human rights issues
· Good knowledge of African regional organizations, initiatives and commitments on HIV and AIDS at global, continental and regional levels
· Experience in strategic planning and workshop/conference organization
· Excellent knowledge of English, knowledge of French is desirable
2. Title: Junior Professional Officer (JPO)
Sector: Regional Support Team, Europe and Central Asia
Location: Moscow, Russian Federation
Qualifications:
· Master's degree in international development, social and physical sciences, public health, management or similar
· Two years of work experience preferably in programmes' management in public and private sector at the national or international level, experience in data analysis and coordination
· Thorough understanding of the HIV epidemic and its impact on countries in the Eastern Europe adn Central Asia
· Fluent English. Knowledge of Russian (even basic) will be an asset

Qualifications:
· Master's Degree with at least two years of experience in agriculture and rural development overall

Mitä hakijoilta vaaditaan?
YK-apulaisasiantuntijoiksi hakevilta edellytetään ylempää korkeakoulututkintoa ja Suomen kansalaisuutta. Hakijalla tulee olla erinomainen suullinen ja kirjallinen englannin kielen taito sekä toisen YK:n virallisen kielen (ranska, espanja, arabia, venäjä, kiina) suhteellisen sujuva hallinta. Tämän lisäksi vaatimuksiin kuuluu vähintään noin 2 vuotta koulutusta vastaavaa työkokemusta. Tehtävien koulutuksellisesta luonteesta johtuen yläikäraja apualaisasiantuntijatehtäviin hakeutuville on 32 vuotta.
